1. Purpose and acceptance

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of Prismyk, a service by Nabunam Inc. (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Services, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Definitions

Services: the Prismyk platform (site generation, e-commerce, automations, hosting, analytics) and its interfaces.
Customer: any person or entity using the Services.
Content: texts, images, media, data or configurations provided or generated via the Services.
Subscription: a paid plan granting access to features and resources according to tier.

3. Account creation

You provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and activities under your account. Report any unauthorized access to info\u0040prismyk.com.

4. Subscriptions, prices and payments

Prices are in USD, excluding applicable taxes. Subscriptions are monthly (or annual if chosen) and renew automatically until cancellation. Payments are processed by providers (e.g., Stripe/PayPal). Amounts due remain payable until cancellation takes effect. Plan changes take effect on the next cycle (unless stated otherwise).

5. AI generation and content

AI features assist creation (texts, structures, visuals). You remain responsible for editorial control and compliance of published content. Avoid unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or privacy-violating content. We may suspend/remove manifestly unlawful content.

6. E-commerce and payments

If you sell goods/services via Prismyk, you are solely responsible for products, pricing, taxes, terms of sale, regulatory compliance, after-sales, refunds and disputes. Payments are operated by your connected providers (e.g., Stripe/PayPal) under their terms.

7. Acceptable use

You must not:

bypass security, exploit vulnerabilities, or launch attacks (DoS, brute force…);
send spam, malware, or collect data without a legal basis;
publish unlawful content or infringe third-party rights;
resell, sub-license, or share unauthorized access to the Services;
use the Services in a way that harms availability, integrity, or Prismyk’s reputation.

8. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the platform, code, trademarks and distinctive elements of Prismyk. You retain your rights in your content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process and display your content solely to provide the Services.

9. Personal data

Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You must inform your end-users about your own processing and obligations.

10. Availability and maintenance

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee no interruptions. Maintenance may be scheduled. Incidents beyond our control (providers, network, force majeure) may affect the service.

11. Warranties and liability

The Services are provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law:

we exclude all implied warranties (merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement);
our total liability under the Services is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months;
we are not liable for indirect, special, consequential damages or loss of profits.

12. Termination

You may cancel anytime from the admin (effective at the end of the current period). We may suspend/terminate in case of material breach of the Terms, abuse, or legal requirement. After termination, access is cut; the site may switch to read-only until the end of the paid period.

13. Data export

You can export available content (e.g., CSV/JSON/ZIP) and media, subject to reasonable technical limits. Some third-party integrations may require separate exports through those services.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction
